Refund policy

If a course is not what you expected, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started the final exam. Write to ceo@serviceengineer.app with your order number; refunds for card payments are made by Paddle.com to the original payment method.

After the final exam has been started or a certificate issued, the purchase is not refundable.

Team purchases: within 14 days, refundable for seats whose engineers have not started the exam.
