What we collect. When you pay by card, Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) collects your name, e-mail, billing country and payment details; we receive your name, e-mail and order details, never your card data. When you pass an exam we record your name, the course, your score and the date to issue a certificate.

Public information. Certificate details (name, course, score, date, number) are shown on a public verification page so that employers can check them. Tell us if you want a certificate withdrawn from the public page.

In your browser. Lesson progress is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use data. To give you access, issue and verify certificates, answer your questions and send course updates. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to ceo@serviceengineer.app.
