Delete your account

This page is for users of Service Engineer Academy and the SE AI app (developer Service Engineer Ltd, AIFC, Kazakhstan).

How to delete your account. Option 1: log in at serviceengineer.academy, open Profile and in the Delete account section press Request deletion. Option 2: e-mail ceo@serviceengineer.app from your account's address with the subject "Delete account". We confirm the request by e-mail.

What is deleted. Your account and login, all chats with the AI assistant and its answers, attached photos, clinics, machines, serial numbers, notes, draft work orders, reports and maintenance plans, course progress. We delete them within 10 business days of the request and tell you by e-mail.

What is kept. Payment records are kept by Paddle.com and by us for as long as accounting law requires. Numbers of issued certificates stay in the verification register.

To delete only part of your data without deleting the account, delete a single chat in the app or e-mail us what to remove.
