Manufacturer training for a CT or MRI service engineer can cost more than ten thousand dollars for a single course. Most independent service companies and hospital engineering teams around the world cannot send their people. We write the training we wished we had: how the machine works, how it fails, and what to check first.
The Academy is part of Service Engineer Ltd (Astana International Financial Centre, Kazakhstan), which builds a repair knowledge base for medical equipment from manuals and from real field cases. It is led by a service engineer working with medical equipment since 2014, including 6.5 years at GE Healthcare and service supervision at Mindray.
