Image quality control with the ACR phantom, and the maintenance report

Use an independent phantom such as the ACR CT accreditation phantom to check CT number accuracy, noise, uniformity and low contrast against a baseline, and write a maintenance report with as-found and as-left results, a tube log, cooling remarks and a clear statement of scope and fitness for use.
